Organisations interested in participating in the event must complete the event’s registration form for registering to the event.
The registration process concerns both the conference and the matchmaking event.
Participants will have to provide:
- Personal related data (First & Last name, Email, Phone number, Country, Job position, gender)
- Organization related data (Name, Organisation description, Area of activities covered by the organisation, address)
- Information regarding the attendance to the conference/matchmaking event
In their application participants will be invited to be specific on their objectives and on how their capacities/facilities/support possibilities are relevant for the purpose of this event.
Participants will only be activated for the event if the criteria are met. The team formed by the European Cluster Collaboration Platform will evaluate the formal registration and will subsequently activate your profile after approval by the European Commission, Directorate General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW).
Participants will receive an e-mail once their profile is validated. Therefore, by filling in the registration form applicants are not automatically accepted to participate in the event.
Moreover, in-person registrations will go through a validation process due to the limited capacity of the venue, therefore please do not plan any travel arrangements before receiving a confirmation of participation.
Applicants should complete the registration form by 23:45 CET on 22 October 2023.
We require participants to use corporate emails for their applications.
The submission of registration indicates an acceptance of the terms
The content of all the exchanges conducted during the event will be completely confidential.
Mind that only the matchmaking event will be opened to hybrid participation. If you are interested to participate to the whole event you should select "onsite" in the registration process.
